Sunday Reset & Flow~ Teen Yoga
Need a break from the chaos of the week? Join Victoria in our 60-minute in-person class, Sunday Reset & Flow, designed specifically for tweens and teens (ages 11-17).
This class is a safe and nurturing space to unwind and find balance. We guide students from an overstimulated, high-energy state toward a more calm, clear, and balanced mindset.
What to Expect:
Gentle Yoga Flow (Asana): Release physical tension from carrying heavy backpacks, sitting at desks, and playing sports with an invigorating, accessible practice focused on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Mindfulness & Breathwork: Start with a guided meditation to leave the day's distractions behind, helping to improve focus and the ability to stay present.
Self-Care Tools: Finish with reflective journaling, coloring, or word mapping to encourage self-reflection and build concrete self-care practices you can use outside of class.
This holistic approach integrates mindfulness, yoga, and reflective practices to offer tools for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and a supportive, safe community. Finish your week feeling reset and ready for the one ahead!
