Class Duration: 60 minutes

Roll it out, stretch it out, and melt into ease. In this class, we combine self-myofascial release with gentle yoga to support mobility, relieve tension, and reset the nervous system.

Using props like therapy balls and blocks, you'll learn simple self-massage techniques to hydrate tissues, boost circulation, and awaken the body's internal support system—proprioceptors that tell your brain it's safe to let go. Self-massage is combined with a soothing yoga practice, lingering a little longer in poses to build flexibility, coordination, and calm.

This class is for you if: You're feeling tight, tired, achy, or just want to feel better in your body. Whether you’re recovering from a workout or a long week, Roll & Reset is your time to come back to yourself.
