SPA YOGA

Spa yoga is a ‘unique to Coconut Yoga’ class format and one of our most popular classes since opening our doors in 2017. This class typcially starts with guided meditation and breathework followed by gentle movement and stretching, ending with one or two yummy restorative poses. The studio lights are kept very low, with soft aromas and relaxing music filling the air around you. This is a great practice for centering yourself, relieving tension and reducing stress.

Hot tea is always ready for you to take on the go post-class as you unwind into the rest of your evening, preparing you for a good night’s sleep.
