Yoga anchored me during a chaotic time; more than 20 years after starting a practice, it has become more than quiet in the noise. It is a source of transformation and connection, and in my practice, I find the grace and space to breathe. But let's be honest, it's not that serious. Yoga is time to move and play in our bodies and have fun. If you can't laugh at yourself when you fall out of a pose, when can you laugh?
When I'm not on my mat, meditating, or spending time with my daughter, dog, and husband, I am a pediatric doctor who believes deeply in holistic health and is passionate about creating integrative programs for children.
I am so grateful to share this practice with you and to create a welcoming space where we can all show up as we are and simply move and breathe.
