Run + Release: Yoga for Runners

Are you part of the "Tight Hamstring Club"? Does your idea of a fun weekend include a long run on the lakeshore path or a meandering hike in the forest preserve? This yoga workshop is designed with runners, walkers and hikers in mind. A 75 minute vinyasa based class using props will focus on strengthening, stretching, releasing and overall mindfulness for the body after pounding on the feet. An optional "Fun Run" will take place before class with a 5k running route and 2 mile walk route in the neighborhood. Beginning yogis welcome!
