For Kate, her mat is where she creates space, allowing her to slow down and practice living with intention and love. She has a passion for fitness and whole body wellness and found yoga while recovering from an athletic injury. It didn't take long for Kate to realize the positive benefits that the practice had on her mind, body and heart. Kate strives to help students realize their best self through the physical, meditative and spiritual elements of the practice. Over the years, Kate has been inspired and instructed by many of Chicago's most well-known yoga instructors. She is 200RYT and leads classes in both the city and on Chicago's North Shore. Her classes are alignment-based and have a wonderful blend of both challenge and fun.
