The June solstice marks the longest day of the year and the beginning of the summer season. The long days and short nights of our warmer months can be incredibly energizing but also depleting. Join Kelly for a 90 minute restorative yoga class to celebrate the beginning of the new season and balance the fiery, active energy of summer with an introspective and grounding practice.
