Hygge Yoga: A Restorative Experience w/ Kelly Jones

Let's get cozy! Join Kelly for an afternoon of restorative yoga, hygge and community. Hygge, the Danish concept of coziness and contentment, is the goal as we combine gentle movement with long, restorative holds. You bring the cozy sweats and socks, and we'll provide the rest!
