Yoga for Runners: Hips, hips, hooray!


Explore ways to balance and open some of the most commonly overused muscles and joints to find balance in your body including hips, hamstrings, knees, low back, calves and feet. Get grounded and supported in your body using props, pranayama and mediation. Learn techniques to incorporate in your pre or post run routine. Welcoming to walkers and hikers--anyone who is uses their legs to enjoy the great outdoors. Option for a pre-class 2-3 mile fun run/walk meeting at 12:15pm through the beautiful north side neighborhoods, weather permitting.
