Yoga teacher, dedicated practitioner, self-care advocate, and pranayama nerd, Kelly has been teaching yoga since 2015. Most recently, Kelly was on teaching faculty and program coordinator at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. In 2018, she served as the year-long Kripalu School of Yoga Intern studying beneath and teaching alongside Kripalu’s senior faculty in 200hr and 300hr yoga teacher trainings. Prior to the year-long intensive at Kripalu, Kelly taught in a variety of Nashville, TN locations.
Kelly’s teachings are steeped in curiosity and taught with an emphasis on creative sequencing, breath-work and meditation. She aims to empower her students through their yoga practice to show up more fully for themselves and others — both on and off the mat. She hopes to make yoga practices and self-care tools accessible, helpful and meaningful for every day life.
She honors her teachers, and mentors Yoganand Micheal Carroll, Elena Brower, Angela Farmer, Shiva Rea and Cristie Newhart through continued practice, self-study, and the exploration in her teaching styles with her students.
