The calm focus that is manifested by the practice of breath and movement is what has kept Hayley, a bubbly and laughter filled yogi, coming back to yoga. Her introduction to yoga was at a young 13yo, following her mom to class on Saturday mornings. The unique benefits of yoga including reduced anxiety, heightened awareness and self contentment drew Hayley closer to a regular practice throughout high school and early college, eventually deciding to take the leap from student to teacher.

Throughout college in Indianapolis, she taught intermediate Hatha Yoga classes at the university recreation center. The joy of bringing yoga to college students brought her back to Chicago to complete her 200hr training at Yogaview in Chicago. Since finishing her training, she has spent time empowering girls with the practice of yoga,  as well as teaching dynamic hot yoga and aerial yoga classes. Hayley highlights the subtle joys in life, which will leave you feeling grateful and empowered after each class.
