Feel Good FlowS

In our Feel Good Flow and Feel Good Flow II classes, you can expect to practice sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses and back bends and may have the opportunity to work on balancing and inverted postures as well. These classes are vinyasa flow and can be modified for all levels.

In Feel Good Flow II, additional intermediate+ asanas will be explored such as arm balances and inversions.
